Dr. Pardha Saradhi is a seasoned expert in genomics and biotechnology, with over 20 years of experience in the field. He holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Acharya Nagarjuna University and has built an impressive career spanning research, diagnostics, and translational genomics.

Dr. Saradhi brings deep technical expertise in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), Microarray technologies, and the implementation of high-throughput genomics platforms for clinical and research applications.

Earlier, he held the position of Vice President – Genomics at Lifecell International, where he was responsible for overseeing genomic operations and leading the development of cutting-edge services in Precision oncology, Prenatal and postnatal screening, Reproductive and personalized genomics and academic research.

Dr. Saradhi has also played pivotal roles at renowned genomics service providers, including Arrant Labs, Clevergene, Cancer Genetics India, and Sandor Lifesciences. In these positions, he was instrumental in: Establishing state-of-the-art genomics laboratories, Designing and executing complex NGS workflows, Driving innovation in clinical genomics, molecular diagnostics, and bioinformatics integration.

With a strong foundation in both clinical and commercial genomics, Dr. Saradhi is widely recognized for his ability to bridge science and application. His leadership, strategic vision, and technical depth continue to contribute significantly to the advancement of genomic medicine and precision health in India.

Dr. Shaweta Arora, Genomics expert with 13+ years of experience in research and industry both. Overseeing lab operations, academic tie-ups, and NGS projects. At IESR, she leads lab setup and operations , training modules, student mentorship, content creation, and social media. She conducts hands-on sessions, builds industry-aligned programs, and guides students from research to careers. She has a expertise in Agri-Genomics & NGS Application, Academic & Industry Collaboration, Career Mapping & Scientific Training.

She is a forensic expert at IESR with a strong background in DNA forensics. She holds a specialisation in DNA Forensics from the State Institute of Forensic Sciences, Lucknow affiliated with NFSU Gandhinagar, holds Gold Medallist and awarded with chief minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath. Along with a Master’s in Zoology and a Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Zoology, and Botany (Gold Medallist). Her academic foundation and practical expertise support her teaching and research contributions in forensic science.

Project and Research work from Centre of Diagnostics and DNA Fingerprinting on DNA Quantification Kit Validation.She also has laboratory experience from Forensic Laboratory Lucknow, CSIR IITR and Indian institute of Technology Lucknow. She has a expertise in DNA Forensics, Real Time PCR, Sanger Sequencing, Primer Designing, lab operations , training modules and student mentorship.

Mr. Jugal is a post-graduate in Biotechnology with expertise in clinical cancer biology and pharmaceutical technology. At IESR, he manages industrial collaborations, oversees recruitment, and serves as an admission counsellor, supporting academic and professional engagement.

He has worked at Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) Prayagraj on biofilm development, he has also worked on genetic disease Epidermolysis Bullosa for cancer detection and pathway regulation with secondary cell line development and analysis, instrument specialization in HPLC for drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics. He has a expertise in pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Flow cytometry analysis, Public relationship management, Recruitment & Administration.

Mr. Yuvank Pratap Singh is a post-graduate in Biotechnology with expertise in industrial microbiology, miRNA research, Western blotting, RT-PCR, and PCR. At IESR, he leads academic and industry collaborations and serves as a faculty member for Industrial Microbiology.

He has worked at Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plant (CIMAP), Lucknow along with National Botanical Research Institute (NBRI), Lucknow, on heavy metal stress response on plants and their effect on growth development. He has a expertise in designing innovative curriculum and modules aligned with current industry demands and research trends, also fostering academic & Industry collaboration partnership and mentoring emerging talent.

Ms. Yashi holds a post-graduate degree in Biotechnology, awarded with student of the batch-2024. At IESR, she plays a key role in managing digital marketing strategies, student counselling, and CRM operations. She actively supports student engagement and outreach initiatives, contributing to growth and visibility of the Institution. She has a expertise in Microbiology, Bioinformatics, Digital Marketing, Counselling & Administration.

Mr. Vinayak Kawale is a Bioinformatics professional with experience in Next-Generation Sequencing data analysis, including RNA-Seq, WES, microbial profiling and metagenomics data analysis. His academic and project background spans cancer genomics, gut microbiota analysis, and computational drug discovery.

At various institutions like ICMR-NIN and SnotraBio, he has contributed to pipeline development, biological interpretation, and data visualization. Vinayak holds an MSc in Bioinformatics from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham and brings hands-on expertise with tools like QIIME2, Kraken2, STAR, GROMACS, and R/Python. He actively participates in training programs, workshops, and collaborative research initiatives.
