Thank you for enrolling in an IESR Up-skilling/Training/Dissertation program. Your success and satisfaction are our priorities. If you have any concerns regarding class delivery, hands-on training, admission commitments, or any other matter, please contact us at info@iesr.in. We are dedicated to addressing your concerns and finding the best possible solution. While we aim to exceed your expectations, we recognize that refunds may be necessary in certain situations. We appreciate your trust in IESR and are committed to supporting your educational journey.

At IESR, we are committed to providing the best training experience to all our students. However, in the case of cancellations or requests for refunds, the following policy applies:

Cancellation by the Students:

Refund Amount

The refund amount will be determined as follows:

• 75% of the program/course fee will be refunded within 24 hours after payment. However, no payment will be refund after that.
• No refund will be provided after commencement date.
• A deduction of amount will be made towards administrative/processing fees.

Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

• Registration fees
• Application fees
• Any other fees specifically designated as non-refundable

Refund Process

To request a refund, the participant must send a written application to info@iesr.in or through the official contact +91 9289970908, +91 9289970907 along with the following:

• Original fee receipt
• Reason for cancellation
• Supporting documents (if applicable)
• Bank account details for refund transfer

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be made only to the student’s bank account through [Mode of Refund, e.g., NEFT/RTGS/online transfer]. Cash refunds will not be provided.

Registration fees, materials, or any other additional services are non-refundable after the registration is confirmed, unless explicitly stated in special circumstances.

Other Conditions

• The institute reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
• Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of the institute’s management.
• Participants are advised to carefully consider their decision before enrolling in a program/course.
• The institute is not responsible for any consequential losses or damages incurred due to the cancellation of a program/course.

Cancellation by the Institute:

In the unlikely event that the training program is cancelled by the institute, participants will be provided with a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session (based on availability).

Please note that the mode of refund may vary depending on the circumstances. If the refund is processed via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. We regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame; however, please be aware that any delays are due to the bank’s processing policies, which are beyond our control.

Refunds E-Learning Courses: E-learning courses are completely non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Exceptions

The institute reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy under specific circumstances. Any such exceptions will be decided at the discretion of the management. By registering for the course, participants acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Right to Modify

IESR reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The amended policy will be published on the Institute’s website and will be effective from the date of publication.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of this Refund Policy shall be resolved through mutual consultation and negotiation. If such resolution is not possible, the matter may be referred to the Designated Authority of the Institute, whose decision shall be final and binding.

Important Notes

• Students are advised to carefully read and understand this Refund Policy before paying any fees.
• Ignorance of the Refund Policy will not be considered a valid reason for claiming a refund outside the terms of this policy.
